feedbacks!!

well.. i am so shocked to get feedbacks from people about i have written yesterday.. so here are my replies and arguments.. from what they have told me..

thanks au sa imong productive comment tahar.. pero kini arguments ra ni nako and opinions.. registered voter na ba ka? well let's start off..

you said:
**Gibo Teodoro is pro administration, therefore he is pro Gloria. He's pro Gloria so he is pro CHACHA. If he gets the win, he'll pursue CHACHA and we'll go back fighting to defend our constitution.
- we have this constitution for many years now.. i am not against CHACHA.. it is good.. but it also needs good leaders to handle it.. i am also not against Gloria but i am not also a supporter of hers.. pero what we see in every president is all about the "cons".. admit it.. kahit sinong president was never good enough for the Filipino people..like Cory.. madami ngang may gusto sa kanya pero madaming leftist during her reign.. and have you heard about the Mendiola Massacre? horrible.. the case was dismissed leaving many families suffering and orphans alone.. Maraming hindi gusto si Marcos because what we all focus on seeing is Martial law.. true many were dead many suffered.. but Marcos was a good president.. there came a point in his reign na umunlad din ang bansa.. that is because he was smart.. but pati ang mga bata kapag tinanong mo Martial Law agad.. negative na agad.. so my point is CHACHA is not a bad thing.. if only the leaders who will handle it ay hindi gagamitin ito to gain POWER. so if your saying that Gibo will use it for power, sino namang hindi? Si Noynoy na yun? Si Villar? that assumptions wala pa akong nakitang basis. so i will not argue more on this issue.. what i am saying is di naman dapat nating iconsider ang CHACHA as a bad thing just because it was suggested by "bad" leaders.. and i think they cannot change the constitution without the consent of the people..

**we need a change in the leaders, not a change in the system.
- leaders? we have changed leaders so many years.. system the same, but leaders? still the same.. iba lang yung tao pero ang bansa ganun pa rin.. i am not saying that Gibo can make a difference.. but the real people who can make a difference is US. by voting right..by voting Noynoy? is it really the right thing? by voting Gibo? i am not even sure if it's the right thing to do but i feel and i think that kahit di siya manalo and even if maraming aangal that i will consider voting for him, he will make a good president. but what should change is US.

**And in worse cases, if Gibo wins, there is an extremely high probability that Gloria will be selected as prime minister. Should we do the same mistake all over again?!
- what about Estrada? many have seem to really like him back to be our president.. pag nanalo si estrada masasabi kong tanga talaga ang mga Pinoy.. marami ngang nag vote kay Gloria to be the president before.. ngayon puro lang tayo regrets di natin alam kasalanan lahat natin yun.. kasi we put her there.. about the dayaan issue.. i believe marami pa rin ang nag vote kay Gloria last 2004 elections.. so aren't we making the same mistakes every election? we are.. every election na lang lagi nating sinasabi na sa susunod na election babawi tayo, buboto na tayo ng tama. ilang election na ang nagdaan.. pero ganito pa rin tayo.. sinisisi lahat sa binoto natin.. nagsisisi dahil binoto natin sila.. how can we be sure that Voting for Noynoy or Gibo or Vilar will not be a mistake? when before we were so sure that Estrada will make a good president..

**And i think it's not when a candidate seeks position that we should look at, instead it's his desires, and plans for the country that should be better understood.
- yeah right.. Noynoy is the lesser evil among these candidates.. but think about it.. those who are running now planned everything ahead.. their platforms, their campaigns.. pinaghandaan na lahat.. and i will always think na "sunod sa uso" lang ang candidacy niya.. and i think na pressure lang siya sa lahat ng nag eexpect sa kanya na tumakbo.. eh kung ang buong pilipinas ba naman ang nag.eexpect sau di ka ba naman ma overwhelmed at ma pressure.. i just didn't like the idea na "over" ang pagbibigay ng attention sa kanila dahil sa pagkamatay ni Pres.Cory.. i mean she died a peaceful death diba dapat peaceful din ang mga tao? pero hindi.. ang dami dami nilang pinag.gagagawa.. pati si Kris Aquino ineexpect na mag politics.. see? i respect the late Pres.Cory and gusto ko talaga ang Advocacy nila ni Ninoy.. i believed that if Ninoy lived he will make a great president.. but all i think is it is a little too early for Noynoy.. yun lang..

**Noynoy is not rich, in fact he lives a simple life. So he is not "gahaman sa pera at kayamanan".In fact, he has the lowest income among his siblings. I think he has the less tendency to get corrupt.
- being not rich is not a criteria for not corrupt presidents.. he lived a simple life? okay fine if he did.. Manny Villar lived a simple life when he was young.. they were poor. but why isn't he fit for the job? i am not saying that Noynoy will have a tendency to be corrupt.. lahat naman siguro tayo maaakit sa power na makukuha natin if we are president. ang mga former presidents natin also fought the desire to be more powerful.. mayayaman na sila.. but they are just humans who get attracted by the thought of having great power.. diba? mayaman naman sina Gloria, Cory, Marcos.. pero naakit lang sila kasi being a president you get to have power over your people.. and hindi dahil mayaman ka na or simple lang yung life mo hindi ka na magiging corrupt.. every president have to fight that desire for MORE POWER.. kaya weak argument kung sasabihin mong Nonoy lived a simple life kaya hindi siya magiging corrupt..

**Noynoy is an Aquino, son of Ninoy and Cory. We all know that Ninoy and Cory are people of democracy. May pinangangalagaan siyang pangalan, hindi niya pwedeng basta basta na lang sirain yun. Noynoy protects democracy as much as his parents do.
- Noynoy and Gibo are Relatives since Cojuanco din si Gibo.. so would that count silang dalawa connected kay Cory and Ninoy? people are putting too much pressure on Ninoy.. as in TOO MUCH.. kaya nga nakakatakot kung ako si Noynoy matatakot ako sa grabe ng pressure na binibigay ng mga tao.. kawawa ni Noynoy.. i know that originally he did not want to run.. pero siguro dahil sa daming nag pupush sakanya ayun, nakumbinsi din siya.. but i hope let us not put pressure on him.. come on.. kamamatay pa lang ng nanay niya.. pagkamatay ni Cory pulitika na kaagad ang binato kay Noynoy.. sana di siya ma pressure masyado kapag siya na ang nanalong president..

final argument..
i am not saying that Noynoy would not make a good president.. kulang pa ang na prove niya na worth sa mga tao.. why? kasi ivovote lang siya ng mga tao dahil yun nga.. "sunod sa uso" at dahil under siya sa lahat ng mga ginawa ng Parents niya para sa bayan.. maraming nagsasabi na ivote natin si Noynoy kasi nanay at tatay niya si Cory at Ninoy.. mas maganda pakinggan kung ivote natin si Noynoy kasi ang galing niya.. ang dami niyang ginawa.. we would vote for him kasi and dami niyang napasa na bills for the betterment of the country.. pero hindi eh.. we are believing that he deserves it because he will continue the advocacy of his parents.. i know he has been brought up well.. sigurado yun.. but if sa karamihan they would believe in him.. well i also respect that. nag argue lang ako sa side ko why i won't vote for him..
for Gibo.. reasons why i will vote for him? i don't have reasons like he is fit for the job.. nobody is fit for this job.. people say that they will not vote for Gibo kasi admin siya. kasi he is smart baka matulad siya kay Gloria or kay Marcos.. he will pursue CHACHA.. but let us all remember that hindi ma chachange ang constitution without the consent of the people.. we all want our country to be a better place.. but still we are not doing our part... kahit gano pa kadakila ang presidente kahit gano pa karami ang gawin niyang reporma, if tayo mismo hindi magbabago, walang kwenta ng lahat. i will consider voting for Gibo for only one reason.. we don't need Good people to lead us.. there are no good people... only lesser evils.. i do believe that Noynoy is lesser evil.. and i think Gibo may not be the "lesser evil" type.. but we i think we need a president who is well prepared and who has planned ahead.. gaya ng advertisement niya tungkol sa preparation for disasters.. siguro kung lahat nanood nun at inalala yun, walang namatay sa bagyo..
:)

i am happy that marami pa lang active in today's election.. lets us all fight for our right..

campaign for election starts

last registration day will be tomorrow.. and i am so glad i was registered last week.. now that i am a official voter, i would want to make my vote worth.. now i am researching the profiles of those people who are running for a high position.. and here they are..

Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino III (born February 8, 1960) is a Senator for the Philippines and a candidate for President of the Philippines in the 2010 election, intending to represent the Liberal Party. He is the only son of former President Corazon Aquino and Senator Benigno Aquino, Jr.

A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University, he was seriously wounded by rebel soldiers in a failed coup attempt during his mother's presidency. In 1998, he was elected to the House of Representatives as Representative of the 2nd district of Tarlac province in the 11th Congress of the Philippines; he was reelected twice, eventually becoming Deputy Speaker. In 2007, he was elected to the Senate of the 14th Congress of the Philippines.

Aquino is a leading member of the Liberal Party. He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Liberal Party, having assumed the post on 17 March 2006. He was previously Secretary General of the party (1999-2002), Vice-President of the Luzon Liberal Party (2002-2004), and Secretary General of the party (2004-16 March 2006).

Aquino is associated with a faction of the Liberal Party which opposes the government of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, citing alleged human rights violations.

He was born to a simple family in Moriones, Tondo, Manila. His father, Manuel Montalban Villar, Sr., a government employee, hailed from Cabatuan, Iloilo and his mother Curita Bamba, a seafood dealer, came from Pampanga and Bataan. Manny is the second child in a brood of nine. At a very young age, he was already helping his mother sell shrimp and fish in the Divisoria Market. With the burning desire for a better future and a strong determination to improve his family’s living conditions, Manny worked hard in selling shrimps and fish to be able to send himself to school.

Manny Villar was a working student at the University of the Philippines, the premier institution of higher learning in the country, where he obtained his undergraduate and master’s degree in business administration and accountancy. By then, he was also putting in long hours as a fish and shrimp trader, where the action starts at the ungodly hours of the morning when the catch lands in the market.

After graduation, he tried his hand as an accountant at the country’s biggest accounting firm, Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co). He resigned shortly though to venture on his own seafood delivery business.

In a stunning political debut in 1992, Villar won with the most overwhelming mandate among congressmen in Metro Manila. He promptly applied his economic and managerial expertise as a key member of the House’s economic team, marshalling in economic reform measures of the Ramos Administration such as the New Foreign Investments Act and the restructuring of the Central Bank of the Philippines. He was the House representative in the government’s negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington D.C. in 1992.

In the national elections held last May 14, 2001, despite being a relative newcomer in national politics, Manny Villar posted one of the most impressive showings in the national polls. On his first day in office, he filed 204 bills covering a comprehensive legislative program of action— the first among neophyte senators and the third highest filer among the senators of the 12th Congress of the Philippines.

After being elected by his colleagues, he assumed the position of Senate President Pro-Tempore, the second to the highest post in the higher Chamber of Congress. He is presently the Chairman of the Committee on Finance that is in charge of all deliberations and discussions on the national budget of the country and the Committee on Public Order and Illegal Drugs. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations and Committee on Agriculture. He authored 44 laws during the 12th Congress, among them are: RA 9178 Barangay Micro Business Enterprises Act, RA 9189 Overseas Absentee Voting Act, RA 9208 Anti-Trafficking of Persons Act, RA 9257 An Act Granting Additional Benefits and Privileges to Senior Citizens, and RA 9262 Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act. He has filed Bills aimed at providing business opportunities for the people and improving the Filipinos’ quality of life through basic health care, decent shelters, responsive social services, and high quality education.

Gilberto Cojuangco Teodoro Jr. also known as Gilbert Teodoro, is the youngest Secretary to hold the Defense portfolio at the age of 43, when he assumed the post in August 2007. As head of the Department of National Defense, Secretary Teodoro is keen on ably pursuing Philippine defense reforms and is determined to make the defense and military establishment truly responsive to the needs and aspirations of the Filipino people.

Before he became the Secretary of National Defense, he was Congressman of the First District of Tarlac for three (3) consecutive terms starting 1998. At the House, he assumed the position of Assistant Majority Leader (11th Congress) and Head of the Nationalist People’s Coalition House members. He was also a member of the House contingent to the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council.
Even with his hands full, Secretary Teodoro successfully completed his Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Financial Institutions at the De La Salle University in 1984. Since then, he focused his sights on acquiring for himself further education and knowledge to aid him in his desire to pursuepublic service . In 1989, he completed his Law studies at the University of the Philippines where he was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. In the same year, he topped thePhilippine Bar exams.

For seven years, he honed his skills as a lawyer in the famed EP Mendoza Law firm. Armed with years of experience, he went to the Harvard Law School in Cambridge for his Master of Laws and completed it in 1997. He was also admitted to the State Bar of New York during the same year.

*** these are the 3 "matunog" who are running for presidency.. i have said before that i will never vote Manny Villar.. and my stand is still the same.. though he has a very impressive profile, we all know that those are only the good things about a candidate.. now there is Noynoy Aquino.. i always thought of his candidacy as "sunod sa uso" everyone's just expecting him to run and fortunately they have pushed him to run.. and with all the drama of bringing back our democracy, freedom.. though i believe he is the one candidate who is not hungry for power.. which is very impressive.. but i think and this is only my opinion, he is not ready to be the next president.. his candidacy was fully "pinilit"..
lastly Gibo Teodoro has a nice profile too.. and my friend Rod influenced me to think about putting my vote on him.. and i am thinking about it.. really.. :)

always not good enough

i saw all of my grades..
the subjects i expected to have a good grade turned out to be the exact opposite.. i aimed to have good grades this sem.. i tried to study ahead and make sure i didn't have a failing exam.. but what i got in return was something i think i don't deserve.. the last 2 semesters i didn't study that well and i had failing exams.. but i had good grades still.. bakit yata baliktad? what would that suppose to mean? now i am feeling that i am not good enough.. all the time.. i was always not good enough.. DAMN!! what did i do wrong?! in all aspects of my life when i try hard, really hard i am always not enough.. not good enough.. not good enough at school, as home, as a person, or even i think as a friend.

i think for some people even if how much you give everything you are still not good enough.. i feel bad about my best friend.. what happened to her after she gave everything to the guy she loves.. cheesy huh? sad but true.. people judge you by the past mistakes you make.. by the wrong decisions you made from the past.. PAST IS PAST as everyone would say.. how much you would want to leave the past behind people will just let it dwell it to you.. by judging you by leaving you because you messed up..

people are just born to be self-righteous.. i hate them.. i hate people..

and we are? aliens.. i hope.. aliens who do make mistakes.. aliens who after being so down picks themselves up.. aliens who are not self righteous and who are considerate to other aliens who make similar or even a whole different mistakes in their lives..

i hate people.. they are just people yet they love to play God..

fireworks..

i am watching the fireworks display on the sky from my window.. i can't see it clearly since may nakaharang na bubong galing sa bahay ng kapitbahay namin.. i always dreamed of taking picture of fireworks..

fireworks amaze me so much..
just like how life amaze me..
life and death..
two different things.. opposite things.. some love life.. but some like death..
how ironic.. they like death..
like this crazy guy who jumped off a 7 story building..
why do some hate life?
they say it is so unfair.. unjust.. etc..
what is my stand about life?
life is like a 15min fireworks display..
when it's over, it's over.. the sky will turn dark again..

i wonder how my life will be over..

how will i die?

what is the feeling of dying?

usually in a fireworks display the last "firework" is the best of them all..

what would be my last firework?

i always wonder..
